Use this page if you want Gerimental to process a verified data deletion request tied to your mobile app account. We verify by emailing the address already on file for that account.
Submit Request
Enter the email address used on your mobile app account. If the account exists, a verification link will be sent there.
After verification, the request is logged as confirmed in the backend so it can be fulfilled and audited.
What Happens
- We send a confirmation link to the same email used on the app account.
- Once verified, the request is recorded as a confirmed privacy action.
- This page logs the request without exposing whether an email exists in the app.
- If you want the account itself disabled, use the account deletion page instead.
