Delete My Account
Use this page if you want your Gerimental mobile app account disabled. We verify the request by sending a confirmation link to the email address already on the app account.
Submit Request
Enter the same email address used on your mobile app account. If the account exists, we will send a verification link there.
After verification, the account will be disabled and refresh tokens will be revoked. Existing app sessions will stop working once the app next talks to the API.
What Happens
- We send a confirmation link to the email address already tied to the app account.
- Only someone who can access that mailbox can confirm the request.
- After confirmation, the account is marked inactive in the backend.
- Refresh tokens are revoked so the app cannot keep renewing access.
